• In the winter of 2009, Ariyan Basu, a guitarist from Cornell, Gil Turetsky, a bassist from Rutgers, and Etan Schwartz, a drummer from NYU, were stranded in a basement in northern New Jersey with a Nintendo Gamecube, a few instruments, and a makeshift recording setup. A special flavor of music is created when musicians from three completely different backgrounds come together to record something fresh. This is what ensued.
